

Brief
Following Vision 4 Sports’ new site launch, Press Box PR was tasked with rebuilding the site’s visibility across SERP to drive enquiries, sales and revenue. The new site meant that visibility and non-branded traffic was nil across several core areas.
Strategy
To build authority and visibility, Press Box PR's strategy combined organic content, technical SEO and digital PR to build brand awareness and high-quality backlinks to develop SEO and GEO best practice.
A composite approach of new, optimised-site copy for core event pages supported by consistent, purposeful link build to key pages was designed to build up the relevance and equity of those pages with the aim of delivering organic performance, enquiries and revenue.
Activation
Following a site and content audit, core category pages which were forecasted to drive revenues were selected for newly optimised on-page content suitable for SEO and GEO.
Additionally, hyper relevant earned media coverage was secured by utilising exclusive interviews with sports stars tied to the sporting calendar to boost topic ownership and authority in the sector.
Results
Content implementation across the site, in tandem with the acquisition of high-quality backlinks from over 100 publishers pushed a challenger brand from obscurity to prominence in SERPs.
Several focus keywords showed significant improvement. In one month, the US Masters hospitality page moved from Page 10 to position 3.
Across motorsport, golf and other high-profile events, V4S acquired several page 1 SERPS and highly-valuable AI snippets in revenue driving key terms supplanting several key competitors.
Sporting content secured over 250 links, to support the new content, driving a 43% improvement in keyword positions, drove 70% more impressions and improved CTR by more than 550 from essential sporting media landed.
